What should I include in a quotation request?
Send the product name, required specification or dimensions, quantity, packaging preference, delivery destination and preferred delivery period. Include any treatment, marking or certification requirement that applies to the order.
Can you supply pallets for export use?
Export pallet and packaging requirements depend on the requested specification and destination rules. State any heat-treatment, phytosanitary marking or documentation requirements so they can be checked before supply is confirmed.
Can you supply kiln-dried timber or firewood?
Where kiln-dried material is available, the target moisture range should be agreed as part of the product specification.
